Nariel Advisory is a development communications and strategy consultancy with deep roots in Kenya’s civil society and the broader East African development sector.

We work with nonprofits and social impact organisations at a critical juncture, when the quality of their work is clear, but the communications infrastructure to demonstrate, sustain, and scale it is not yet in place. We help them close that gap.

Our work sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and stakeholder alignment. We believe that development is not just about funding, it is about shared understanding. When communities are meaningfully represented in the stories told about them, when organisations can clearly articulate their impact, and when funders and partners are genuinely aligned around a shared vision, change becomes not just possible, but sustainable.
